Here's The Secret To A Better Golf Game

Golfers yearn to play better and yet the handicaps are not going down.

With all the technology we still can't improve. Have you given it some that as to why? Let's do a process of elimination.

We've all bought new clubs at one point. We've taken countless lessons. We've pounded balls at the range til we got blisters all over our hands. We've even fallen prey to the informericials and purchased gimmicky training aids.

With that being said, what is there left?

I can only come up with one thing. You look at it every day in the mirror (but you might like what you see). Still wondering what it is? It's YOU!

Haven't you ever felt like you were so tight and bound up you couldn't make a decent backswing? Or that you were having a hard time not coming out of your swing? Or maybe you couldn't maintain your balance throughout your swing, resulting in mishit after mishit.

This is because your body is physically limited in both golf-specific strength and flexibility. That's why you can't make a full backswing without

straining so much you add massive tension to your swing which robs you of power and distance.

This physical issue cannot be improved hitting more balls or taking more lessons. You must do this "off the course" in the form of conditioning. is now becoming known as a sport and not just a leisure activity. With that being said, if you want to improve, you need to train more like an athlete would.

Now I'm not talking about training in a gym for hours a day. I'm talking about simple exercises and stretches you can do in your home or even your office using very little equipment. You do not need to go to a gym!

Doesn't it make sense that if you can improve your flexibility specific to your swing you will make a bigger turn with less tension. With less tension your swing mechanics will be better and so will your power output. The enjoyment of the game will get greater and greater.

How about improving your strength. The benefits to your game and your health are huge. Does your back ache after a round or range practice? It's because the muscles are weak and cannot withstand the pressure of the swing for too long. Imroving the strength of your muscles will eliminate all aches and pains forever!

As you can see, I've shown you the missing ingredient to a better game, now the balls in your court. Are you going to make a change in your improvement plan, or are you going to keep getting the same results you've always gotten?
